cabbage kootu

Ingredients:

Moong dhal - 1/2 cup
Shredded cabbage - 2 cups
Salt
Hing - pinch
Turmeric - pinch
Chopped onion - 1/2 cup
Oil
mustard, jeera, red chilli
Hing

1. Cook dhal, cabbage, salt, turmeric, onion in a cooker for 1 whistle
2. In a wok, add oil and fry mustard, jeera, red chilli, hing
3. Add the dhal mixture and cook till the mixture gets thick.
