Urad Pepper Bonda




















Ingredients:

Urad dhal - 1 cup
Rice - 2 tbsp
Salt
Crushed Pepper - 2 tbsp

1. Soak Urad dhal and rice for 4 hrs.
2. Grind, add crushed pepper, salt and refrigerate for ~ 4-5 hrs.
3. Take small balls and deep fry in oil.
