Healthy Salad

Ingredients:

Onion finely chopped - 1/4 cup
Red cabbage shredded - 1/4 cup
sprouts - 1/4 cup
Red/yellow/green capsicum - 1/4 cup
lemon juice - 2 tsp
salt
white pepper - 1/4 tsp

1. In a bowl mix salt, white pepper, lemon juice, shredded red cabbage, sprouts, onion, capsicum.
2. To Garnish - Place a lettuce leaf in a bowl and place the above mixture on the lettuce.
