Muruku



Muruku is a favorite snack of my nephew Arvind. I prepared this for him and he finished in a day.

Ingredients:

Rice Flour - 2 Cups
Roasted Urad Flour - 1/2 cup
Salt - 1/2 to 1 tsp
Butter - 2 tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Hing - pinch
Oil - for Frying
Water

1. Combine all the ingredients.
2. Add water and make a thick dough.
3. Using a muruku press and 1 Star shape plate make a spiral shape.
4. Deep Fry in oil.


Vegetable Noodles



Ingredients:

Noodles
Vegetables ( juliened ) - [ Carrot, Beans, Bell Peppers, Onion )
Soy sauce - 1 tsp
Chili sauce - 1 tsp
Garlic - 3 cloves
salt

1. Add Noodles, salt to a rapid boiling water.
2. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes and drain.
3. In a pan , add oil and saute garlic, vegetables.
4. Add Soy Sauce, Chili Sauce, salt.
5. Finally add noodles and mix well.

BlackEye Peas Peppers



Ingredients:

Black eye peas - 1 cup
Bell peppers - 1 cup
onion - 1/2
Salt
Lime juice
Garam masala - 1 tsp

1. Soak Black eye peas overnight and pressure cook for 1 whistle.
2. Drain water.
3. Combine Black eye peas, salt, lime juice, bell peppers, onion.
4. Add Garam masala at the end.

Gobi Manchurian



Ingredients:

All purpose flour - 1/2 cup
Corn starch - 1/4 cup
Cauliflower florets - 2 cups
Onion - 1 diced.
Bell pepper - 1 diced
Spring Onion - 1/2 cup chopped
Green chili - 2 chopped
garlic - 2 cloves chopped
Cilantro - 1/2 cup chopped
Tomato Ketchup - 1/4 cup
Chili sauce - 1/4 cup
Soy sauce - 2 tsp
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Salt

1. Combine All purpose flour, corn starch, salt, water and make a paste.
2. Dip Cauliflower florets in this paste and deep fry in oil.ch
3. In a pan , add oil and saute garlic, chili, Onion , Spring Onion.
4. Add Bell peppers, Chili sauce, ketchup, Soy sauce, Vinegar, salt, Cilantro.
5. Toss the fried cauliflower florets and mix well.

Mexican Quesadilla



Ingredients:
--------------
Tortilla
Mozzarella Cheese - grated
Garlic - 2 cloves minced
Onion - 1 finely chopped.
Bell peppers - 1 finely chopped
Mushroom - 10 sliced.
Tomato - 1 chopped
Green chili - 1 chopped.
cumin powder - 1 tsp
salt
Pepper - 1 tsp
cilantro

1. In a pan, add oil and saute garlic, onion, peppers, mushroom, green chili.
2. Add cumin powder, salt, pepper powder and cook until veggies are tender.
3. In a hot skillet , place tortilla and spread grated cheese, tomato, spring onion, cilantro.
4. Now spread the prepared vegetable mixture.
5. Once the cheese melts, fold tortilla.
