Muruku is a favorite snack of my nephew Arvind. I prepared this for him and he finished in a day.
Ingredients:

Rice Flour - 2 Cups
Roasted Urad Flour - 1/2 cup
Salt - 1/2 to 1 tsp
Butter - 2 tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Hing - pinch
Oil - for Frying
Water
1. Combine all the ingredients.
2. Add water and make a thick dough.
3. Using a muruku press and 1 Star shape plate make a spiral shape.
4. Deep Fry in oil.
