Ingredients:

Pheni - 1 cup
Water - 1/2 cup
Milk - 2 cups
Sugar - 1 1/2 cups
Ghee - 5 tsps
1. Add ghee in a saucepan and slightly fry pheni.
2. Add water, milk and allow to boil.
3. When the mixture thickens, add sugar
4. Allow to cook for 5 mins.
