Ragi Dosa


Ingredients:

Ragi Flour - 2 cups
Urad Dhal - 1 cup
Fenugreek seeds - 1 tsp
Salt

1. Soak urad dhal overnight and grind.
2. Mix with the ragi flour and leave it in a warm place for fermentation.
3. Finally add salt.
